THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL NOs: 2568 & 2951/2001 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) On 04.12.2025, since the matter is old one, the Court specifically observed that no further adjournments shall be requested. Inspite thereof on 19.01.2026 some indulgence was shown and the matter was directed to be listed after three (03) weeks. 2. Today also request has been made by learned counsels for the appellants for adjournment. 3. We do not find any sufficient cause to adjourn the matter and particularly in view of the orders passed previously. 4. The matters pertain to the year 2001 and are listed under the caption ‘old matters’. The cause-list mentions that the old matters may not be adjourned. 5. Inspite of opportunity granted, learned counsel for the appellants has not advanced the arguments. 6. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for ‘want of prosecution’. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. ____________________ RAVI NATH TILHARI,J _____________________________ MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM,J Dated: 09.02.2026 AG 223 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL NOs: 2568 & 2951/2001 Dated: 09.02.2026 AG
