Ms. Seema Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2-State. 2. Petitioner has been transferred from GHS Arla, u/c GSSS Saloh, District Kangra to GMS Dagera, u/c GSSS Gharana, District Kangra. Transfer has been ordered vice respondent No. 3, who has been brought in place of petitioner from GMS Dagera u/c GSSS Gharana, District Kangra. 3. From the record, it is apparent that petitioner has completed her normal tenure at the present place of posting i.e. GHS Arla. Therefore, petitioner's transfer from the present place cannot be faulted with. Petitioner's grievance is that under the impugned order, she has been 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 transferred to a station, access to which would require the petitioner to change four to five buses and on account of petitioner having undergone a major surgery, it would be difficult for her to join at the transferred station. 4. That being so, it is for the petitioner to make appropriate representation to her employer/respondent No.2. In case the petitioner makes such representation one week from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within 2 weeks thereafter. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
