Since the said reason is specifically mentioned in the impugned order, the same should have been verified before filling of the writ petition. 4.Under the said circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of auction, after verifying about the reasons and raising such grounds.
