ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the unwarranted and unlawful actions of 7th Respondent interfering with the Civil dispute during the pendency of the Civil Suit stands registered as O S No. 420 / 2021 and is under adjudication before the I Additional Junior Civil Judge Court Bhimavaram West Godavari District A P and such interference with our life and liberty without any legal authority is illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India Consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere with our Personal life and liberty and to pass….”

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Vundavalli Jagadish V.C., learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the 7th respondent is interfering in the civil dispute during the pendency of O.S.No.420 of 2021, which is pending adjudication before the Court of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that one Choppala Prasad lodged a grievance through the PGRS portal alleging that the petitioners were causing obstruction and inconvenience by parking their car across the common cement road situated between their houses at Bhimavaram Town. It is further submitted that, upon receipt of the representation, the respondent police deputed staff to enquire into the matter, during which the petitioners informed the police that the dispute was pending before the Civil Court. The learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that counselling was conducted between the parties and the matter was amicably resolved without any further disturbances. 5. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere henceforth in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and third parties, except by following due p
