The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 56 of 2026, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case and further there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and in identical situation, one of the accused Suraj Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge itself in A.B.P. No. 570 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioners. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of making assault. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that there are general [2026:JHHC:24975] -2- and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons of making assault and it is not clear that from whose blow, the injury has been received by the informant and further in the similar circumstance one Suraj Kumar has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge in the aforementioned A.B.P. and in the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau, in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 56 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated:-19.08.2026 Amitesh/-
