This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.12.2025 passed in Misc. Cr. Application No.2454 of 2025 by the learned AJC-XVI cum Special Judge, NIA, Ranchi in connection with Special (NIA) No.03 of 2018 arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No.02/2016. The prayer for bail of the appellant was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.542 of 2025. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that though the argument on behalf of the appellant has been concluded but the trial is lingering only on account of the fact that the defence argument has not been made by two of the accused persons. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody for almost 5 years and 8 months. Mr. A.K. Das, learned Spl.P.P – NIA has submitted that the argument of one accused is left to be concluded and he is taking unnecessary adjournment. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the trial is at the stage of arguments and the defence argument on behalf of the appellant has already been concluded, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 15.12.2025 passed in Misc. Cr. Application No.2454 of 2025 by the learned AJC-XVI cum Special Judge, NIA, Ranchi in connection with Special (NIA) No.03 of 2018 arising out of Tandwa P.S.
