The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No.143 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 341, 342, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that allegations are made against 600 to 700 persons and there is no specific allegation against any of the accused persons. He further submits that there are more than one FIR has been filed for the same offence. He then submits that in identical situation co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.3652 of 2023, 8072 of 2023 2026:JHHC:24095 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4501 of 2026 and 2809 of 2023. He next submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.8 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner was member of unlawful assembly. 5. It transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation in the FIR against 600 to 700 persons and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.8 of the petition and in identical situation co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As., I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhanbad in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No.143 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 12.08.2026 Sangam/
