At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some necessary pleadings could not be carried out in this petition as earlier acquisition proceeding was drawn under the old acquisition Act i.e. Land Acquisition Act, 1894 but award has been passed under the new Act i.e. Land Acquisition Act, 2013. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file better constituted petition in accordance with law. 4 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/State would not oppose the aforesaid prayer. 3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty as prayed for. 4.
