Based upon the protest petition filed by the petitioner, it has been taken on file and the charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.1 of 2026. According to him, the case is posted on 19.05.2026 for furnishing copies. 3. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the case. 4. Considering the fact that the complaint was initially lodged in the year 2023, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, Sivagangai, to dispose of the criminal case on or before 31.08.2026. 5.
