Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents for taking decision on the representation on merits strictly in accordance with law. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that part of land of petitioner bearing Kh. No.651/1 admeasuring 0.202 hectare situated at Village Bade Haldi, Tehsil Pusour District Raigarh was acquired for construction of Canal under Kelo Project and award was passed on 29.10.2015. She contended that amount of compensation is paid, however, petitioner was not being provided job or paid the amount of compensation in terms of Clause -4 of the Schedule-II under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, petitioner has submitted representation before the Land Acquisition Officer, Raigarh, District – Raigarh on 10.11.2021 and send through registered post, however, till date, no decision has been intimated to petitioner on his representation. She also pointed out that at this stage direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner of taking decision on representation, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties and limited prayer made before this Court of direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation (Annexure P-2) dated 10.11.2021, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 3 further period of four months from the date of receipt of order, if already not decided. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit the reminder representation and if such representation is made before respondent No.3, it shall also be considered along with pending representation within the period observed above. 5.
