Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks directions upon the respondents; (i) to remove the lien/hold pertaining to transaction of Rs.1,25,000/- received in petitioner’s account No. 322221160000001 on 28.01.2024, bearing transaction No. S38895311, Unique Transaction Reference No. 430216554342, emanating from intimations bearing acknowledgement No. 22911240085413 of Madurai City, Tamil Nadu (as per information provided by respondent No. 1) & intimation bearing Acknowledgment No. 23711240062007 of Cyber Police, Cyberabad, Telangana (as per information provided by respondent No. 1) as the disputed transaction has already been deducted on 17.03.2025 in Serial No. 11 2 pursuance to Cyber case No. 9042/2025; and (ii) pay appropriate damages to the petitioner for the harassment, infringement of fundamental and statutory rights caused to her along with costs incurred by the petitioner in the realisation of her claims. 02. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, in case, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the writ petition of the petitioner as representation and consider the same in accordance with law. 03. Having regard to an innocuous prayer made at Bar, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of at the threshold stage without even issuing notice to the other side. Accordingly, the petition on hand is disposed of, by directing the respondents to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and accord consideration to the same strictly under rules and as per law within six weeks from the date a copy of this order along with copy of the instant writ petition and the annexure(s) are made available to the respondents. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondents be conveyed to the petitioner through registered post or any other mode of convenience. 04.
