JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 03-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. 2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.159 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 8(c)/21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. The recovery is of 4300 bottles of codeine syrup, each containing 100 ml. i.e. total 430 liters, from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2025. He is accused in one more criminal case. 4. Considering the huge recovery of codeine syrup, which is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
