1. When the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court raised query regarding maintainability of the instant writ petition as the earlier writ petition of the petitioner bearing WPS No.1896/2026 has been decided by order dated 20/02/2026 by this Court directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
2. Confronted with the said query, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
3. Prayer is allowed.
