The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for direction for disposal of the original suit preferred by the Petitioner being Original Suit No. 11 of 2020 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division-I, West Singhbhum, at Chaibasa, pending for perpetration of final decree in terms of the preliminary decree passed in favour of the Plaintiff vide judgment and decree dated 30.08.2023 (decree signed on 08.09.2023) passed in Original Suit No. 11 of 2020 pending in the Court of Learned Civil Judge Junior Division-I, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa and further for a direction upon the Learned Court for passing necessary orders of compliance of the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2023 (decree signed on 08.09.2023 passed in Original Suit No. 11 of 2020 l pending in the Court of Learned Civil Judge Junior Division-I, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in its true letter and spirit and accordingly preparation and passing of final decree in the matter after compliance of the aforementioned preliminary decree. 2. Limited prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to expedite the pending suit being Original Suit No.11 of 2020. 3. In view of above limited submission, no notice is required to be issued to the opposite parties. 4. It is hereby observed that the trial court must try to expedite the suit and conclude it as early as possible. 5. Accordingly, the present civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
