Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "a) A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to complete the proceedings on the complaint dated 22-4-2024 in Case No.COMPT/LOK/BCD/2259/2024 pending ARE 18 produced at Annexure- A, at the earliest in the interest of justice. b) A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to complete the proceedings on the complaint dated 20-04-2023 produced at Annexure- B at the earliest in the interest of justice. c) Any other direction or order may be issued in the interest of justice and justice." 2. The grievance of the petitioner when he had approached this Court was that the complaint which had been filed by - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29542 WP No. 27048 of 2025 the petitioner before the Hon'ble Lokayuktha had not been acted upon and the investigation not completed. It is in that background that on 11.11.2025, this Court had called upon the counsel for respondent No.1 to enquire and make a submission as by when the enquiry would be completed. 3. Today, counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that the complaint is being considered on the basis of notices and the response of the complainant - petitioner and necessary further action would be considered within 3 months' time. 4.
