2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are accused of killing a women.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners being woman are innocent and there is no direct evidence against the petitioners except for suspicion.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
