Heard Sri.Prasavanna V.R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.B.N.Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1, Sri.Prashanth S,
learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and have perused the material on record.
2. The issue between the parties in the lis was recovery of money of Rs.2,75,000/-. The matter has been settled between the parties for Rs.1,60,000/-. A demand draft for Rs.1,60,000/- is handed over by the accused who is present before the Court to the hands of the complainant who is also present before the Court. The complainant would submit that

she has no other claims to make against the petitioner-the accused.
3. In the light of the only issue being recovery of money and that having been paid, there would be no impediment to dispose the petition by quashing the proceedings.
4. For the aforesaid reasons, the following:
O R D E R [I] Criminal Petition is disposed.
[II] FIR in Crime No.226/2025, pending in P.C.R No.215/2025 before the learned I ACJM Court, Bengaluru qua the petitioner stands quashed.
