Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of the office order dated 11.09.2026, passed by the Secretary (SJ&E) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, whereby the present petitioner, Sanjay Kumar Dogra, District Programme Officer, Lahaul & Spiti, has been posted in the Directorate of Women and Child Development at Shimla. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he intends to assail the said office order dated 11.09.2026. Liberty granted. 4.
