1. The present criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 25th February, 2026 passed by the learned AJC-I-cum-Special Judge-I, CBI, Ranchi in Misc. Criminal Application No.2555 of 2025, arising out of R.C. Case No.01(A)/2025-ACB-R, whereby the discharge petition filed under Section 250 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been rejected.
2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present criminal revision with a liberty to the petitioner to raise the issue of sanction as provided under Section 17A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) as well as other legal issues as may be involved in the present case, at an appropriate stage of the trial.
3. Considering the said prayer, the present revision is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. Pending I.A., if any, is also disposed of.
