Sri Krishna Kanth, counsel representing on behalf of Sri P.Roy Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he filed I.A.No.1 of 2026 seeking permission to withdraw W.P.No.25030 of 2020. As the 1st respondent issued G.O.Ms.No.253 Industries & Commerce (Infra) Department, dated 13.12.2025 and consignment to its communications dated 24.01.2026 of the APIIC Authorities, petitioner seeks withdrawal of the lis. Counsel representing on behalf of Sri G.Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation has no objection to the said request. This Court has also gone 5 through the averments made in the affidavit and also material on record satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Hence, I.A. No. 1 of 2026 is allowed. 3. Accordingly, the main Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
