CMP-T No. 401 of 2026 An application has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 3 seeking correction/rectification of the clerical omission in the order/judgment dated 24.8.2026. Keeping in view the fact that the order itself records the presence of the counsel for the respondent, and the office order on the basis of which the execution petition was disposed of, it appears that the presence of the counsel has not been correctly recorded.
