Issue a Writ of Order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the Respondents to extend the general parole to convict Prisoner No 12291 Sanjay Kumar Jain S/o Jawarilal Jain for another 30 days. b. The petitioner's wife had filed W.P.No.9900/2026 seeking for general parole which came to be allowed on 22.04.2026 granting 60 (sixty) days general parole. The present petition has been filed seeking for extension of parole by 30 (thirty) days. 4. During the period of parole which has been granted, there is no complaint against the petitioner. His conduct is stated to be good. 5. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) A mandamus is issued. The earlier parole granted is extended by a period 30 (thirty) days on the same conditions as that imposed vide order dated 22.04.2026 in W.P.No.9900/2026 commencing from 27.06.2026.
