The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 17.12.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 19172/2025. The said order reads as under:- “1. This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner underArticle 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to theRespondents to consider its representation and update/correct/rectify thedetails and documents of the Institution as shown/available in the list ofrecognised institutions maintained by Respondent No.2 on its website qua Petitioner’s PTC (D.EL.Ed) course. 2. Issue notice. 3. Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf ofthe Respondents and, on instructions, submits that the representation dated22.08.2025 will be decided within a period of three weeks from today and necessary steps will be taken in accordance with law. 4. Submission made by Mr. Rupal is taken on record. The decision will be taken within three weeks as assured. Needless to state that, if any, further formalities are required to be complied with by the Petitioner due intimationshall be sent so that necessary steps can be taken by the Petitioner. However, it is submitted that there are still certain discrepancies on the website of the NCTE inasmuch as while referring to the petitioner’s institute there are inconsistent “Institute ID Nos.” and there is also an inconsistency while referring to the affiliating body. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the discrepancies to the learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent assures and undertakes on instructions that the said discrepancies shall be removed within a period of one week from today. The said statement is taken on record. 4. In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
