It transpires that on 16.06.2025, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died and sought time to move an appropriate application in the petition. However, from perusal of the petition, it is found that no application for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner has been filed till date. 3. Since the sole petitioner has died and his legal representatives have not been substituted in the present writ petition till date, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter further and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 4.
