When the petition is called out for hearing, Ms. Utekar, learned counsel for the petitioner (secured creditor) informs this Court that finally, the directions of this Court have been complied with and that the officers of the respondent State took necessary steps as directed by this Court. An affidavit of compliance is tendered on behalf of the petitioner. The same is taken on record.
2. The learned AGP has also tendered affidavits of the Police Sub- Inspector and the Senior Inspector of Police, Bibwewadi Police Station, Pune City as also Resident Naib Tahsildar, Pune City. 3. We accept the explanations given in the said affidavits by the officers concerned. The affidavits are taken on record.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and it is
disposed of accordingly.
5. In view of the order passed in the writ petition, Interim Application (St.) No.22988 of 2026 is also disposed of.
