By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to conclude and decide the pending appeal bearing Appeal Case No. 202605310300004/A-6/2025-26 filed by the respondents no. 4 & 5, within stipulated time, in accordance with law. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal has been filed by Respondents 4 & 5 before Respondent No.2, which is pending consideration since 14.6.2024. Therefore, he seeks a limited prayer to dispose of the present petition, directing Respondent No.2 to decide the appeal within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the subject appeal is pending consideration. 4. Be that as it may, considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the appeal filed by Respondents 4 & 5 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
