The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(i) The gairmajarua Khas, Baksat Kaisre Hind and Sarvasta lands of petitioners may be declared raiyatee land in on going survey on the basis of sale deed land revenue Patna High Court CWJC No.6515 of 2026(3) dt.06-07-2026 2/3 receipts as well as Registrar- II. (ii) data-base may be rectified by arranging camps at mauza level for the smooth and fair functioning of on going survey. (iii) claims of petitioner may be heard and redressed of all mauza i.e (a) Dighaun (b) Gandharsan (c) Beldaur, (d) Sanahauli, (e) Khagaria sadar (f) Sathma (g) Thalha (h) Pacharashi. (iv) survey may be stopped upto the rectifications of the date base and redressal of the grievances and claims of petitioner. (v) and for any other relief/ reliefs for which petitioner may found fit and proper either in the eye of law or among facts of the case.” 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be presenting his fresh representation alongwith supporting document before the Collector, Khagaria within a period four weeks. 4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petitioner is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion at Patna High Court CWJC No.6515 of 2026(3) dt.06-07-2026 3/3 an earliest. 5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent, the District Magistrate-Cum-Collector, Khagaria in next four weeks and if such petition alongwith supporting documents are filed, the concerned respondent shall be taking up the matter and it is expected that a reasoned order is passed at an earliest. vinayak/- (Rajiv Roy, J) U
