His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure of service at the present place, citing certain domestic issues, he preferred representation on 16.08.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - No.2/ competent authority seeking transfer from the present place of posting. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today.
