The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the notice dated 28- 01-2026 bearing No. BDA/KA(E)/997/2025-26 (Annexure K) issued by Respondent No.2, as being illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction; and b) Pass such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. When the petitioner had approached this Court, the contention of the petitioner was that the notice has been issued to the vendor of the petitioner and not to the petitioner and action is proposed to be taken against the property of the petitioner. It is in that background that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court granted interim orders. The petitioner replied to the said notice addressed to the vendor of the petitioner on 03.02.2026 and necessary documents have not been enclosed with the said reply. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29355 WP No. 5781 of 2026 3. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to place all the documents that the petitioner wishes to rely upon, which shall be submitted to respondent No.1 before the end of day 25.06.2026. If such documents are placed on record, respondents are directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders within a period of three weeks from the date of such submission. 4. Needless to say until orders are passed, the respondents cannot dispossess or take any coercive steps against the petitioner. If so called upon by the respondents, the petitioner shall also produce the original documents for verification by the respondents. 5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed.
