Report filed by the learned Special Officer, is taken on record. The report be circulated amongst the parties. 2. It appears that although the learned Special Officer was present at the house of the mother/wife, the father was unable to avail of the opportunity given by my predecessor to meet the child. He informed the learned Special Officer that, he had been threatened by his in-laws. It also appears that the father failed to pay the remuneration to the learned Special Officer, which is very very unfortunate. The learned Special Officer acts as an Officer of the Court. It is at the father’s plea such arrangement was made by my predecessor. 3. However, this Court finds that the learned Special Officer fairly returned the remuneration paid by the wife on the ground that no visitation could take place. 2
4. Under such circumstances, the learned Special Officer is released. 5. As one visit was made by the learned Special Officer, a sum of Rs.10,000/- shall be paid to the learned Special Officer, to be shared equally by both the parties. Such amount shall be paid to the learned Special Officer by electronic transfer, G-Pay, PhonePe, etc., by the parties immediately. Upon compliance of this order, the father is permitted to meet the child at South City Mall in the play area (play zone) between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on every 2nd and 4th Saturday. Both the parties are at liberty to be accompanied by their respective learned advocates. Such visitation of the father will commence from February 14, 2026. 6. It is made clear that the visitation shall be peaceful and meaningful. The mother will drop the child to the mall, handover the child to the father and wait in the mall. The father shall not leave the mall with the child. Their movement will be confined to the play area and the food court. Respective learned advocates will act as Special Officers. 7. The application which is pending before the learned court will be heard on its own merits.
This interim arrangement is being made till the disposal of the application pending before the learned court. The learned court is directed to expedite the hearing of
3 the application of the father seeking interim visitation. 8. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. 9. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
