Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus quashing and setting aside the impugned stay order dated 09.12.2025 passed by Respondent No. 3 in Revenue Case No. 202512321900035/ B-121 Year 2025-26. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 to decide the main revenue case after providing full opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and after obtaining necessary inquiry / report from Patwari. 10.3 That, any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 3. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the stay order dated 09.12.2025 passed by Naib Tahsildar, Bilaigarh in Revenue Case No. 202512321900035 /B /121 Year 2025-26. 4 Since there is alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioner under the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 to challenge the said stay order, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition invoking extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court, therefore, this petition is dismissed at the motion stage itself.
