The petitioner contends that though the petitioner’s premises no. is B/12A/H/21, Kalitala Bose Lane, Ward no. 34, Borough-III, however, a notice pertaining to illegal construction at premises no. B/12A/H/15 has been pasted on the outer wall of the petitioner’s premises. 2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, I find that the petitioner straight away has challenged the above notice dated 19th August 2025 without making any demand justice. It is well settled that a writ of mandamus cannot be issued without the petitioner praying for demand of justice. 3. With the above observation the writ petition is dismissed. 2 4.
