03/19.08.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2026 in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No.28 of 2026 for the offences registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/319(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and sections 66(C)m 66(D), 67 of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned J.M., 1st Class at Chatra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2026 and the chargesheet has been submitted and next date is fixed for 10.09.2026 for supply of the police paper. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. However, during the investigation he has come that one transaction has been identified of Rs. 6100/-, which has been paid in the Bank account of the petitioner from one victim namely Krishna Kumar. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has created two websites with the name and style as Li.oklute.com & skoka.co.in. He used to trap the victims under the guise of providing Hotel Booking Service, Escort Service/Cell Girl Service, he used to take online payment. However, the other
submissions are not in dispute.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and chargesheet has already been submitted in this case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class at Chatra, in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No.28 of 2026 on the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be his close relative. (iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of his single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned court below.
6. The instant bail application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
7. Let this order along with a copy of the affidavit filed with the bail petition be communicated to the court concerned through FAX/e- mail.
