The State of Jharkhand 2. Mr. Simon Marandi, Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-House Rent Controller, Pakur …. … Opp. Parties CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR --- For the Petitioner : Mr. Rahul Kumar, Advocate For the Opp. Parties : None Order No. 02 Dated: 14.08.2026 1. The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 alleging willful violation of order dated 14.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3551 of 2024. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the record of the case, it appears that pursuant to order dated 14.10.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3551 of 2024, the petitioner had filed Contempt Case (Civil) No. 619 of 2025 with similar prayer. The said contempt petition was disposed of vide order dated 06.11.2025 dropping such proceeding against the opposite parties. 3. Considering that earlier, similar contempt case as mentioned herein above, has already been disposed of vide order dated 06.11.2025, there is no reason to entertain the present contempt petition which is a subsequent one. 4. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) August 14, 2026 Ritesh/ Uploaded on 14.08.2026
