In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction on respondent-authorities to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to land in question in terms of the judgment and decree in O.S.No.489/2011 and the order passed by the respondent No.2 in R.P.No.460/2023 (Annexure-C).
3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.4 is
directed to consider the representation dated 08.12.2023 (Annexure-B), within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
