The contention of the petitioner is that the land belongs to Thiruvaduthurai Aadhinam. Some persons are illegally quarrying the said land. Hence, the petitioner raised an objection and preferred a complaint before the second respondent. Even though the complaint was preferred on 14.04.2026, the second respondent registered the same only on 17.04.2026. Hence, the petitioner apprehends that the investigation may not be proper. 3. This Court is of the considered opinion that, since the complaint was preferred on 14.04.2026, it is at a nascent stage. Therefore, there cannot be any transfer of investigation.
