CMP No.22271 of 2026 By way of this application, a prayer has been made for correction of judgment dated 31.03.2026, to the effect that the presence of learned Counsel for respondent No.4 be recorded. As it has not been disputed before this Court that learned Counsel for respondent No.2 was present in person when the case was decided and he had assisted the Court and as the non-reflection of his name in the judgment is an omission on the part of the Court, this application is allowed. Order dated 31.03.2026 is ordered to be modified to the effect that the name of learned Counsel for respondent No.4 be reflected in the same.
