JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17787 CRL.P No. 3567 of 2026 ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:- "The petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the entire proceedings against the petitioner registered in CC No.1346/2023 by the Harohalli Police, Ramangara/ 1st respondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 304(A), 337 of Indian Penal Code, pending on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Kanakapura, in the interest of justice". 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at length would restrict his prayer for a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the petition within a time limit in the light of the fact that the petitioner is losing his job on account of the pendency of the crime. 3.
