The mere request of the petitioner is to transfer him to Semi-Open Jail as per provisions contained in Delhi Prison Rules, 2018. It is submitted that an application dated 20.09.2025was submitted to the Competent Authority and there is no decision, as yet. 3. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Addl.
