2. During course of argument, it has been submitted by
learned counsel for the respondents that the amount which the petitioner has claimed by submitting his bill, has already been disbursed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is entitled for further amount.
4. Considering his submission, since the admitted dues amount has already been paid, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court having competent jurisdiction.
