Yet, bills are being raised for alleged consumption. His client made application dated 29th January, 2026 to respondent no.2 (the supply company). He seeks direction for its consideration. 2. Mr. K.M. Mishra, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Mr. Udit Chandra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.2 (the supply company). He submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. The Executive Engineer of respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's application dated 29th January, 2026. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application to the office. Within three weeks of the communication, result of the consideration be made known to petitioner. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
