At the outset, learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 raises an objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that M/s Credence Trade Link, whose information is sought, has not been impleaded as party respondent and, therefore, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a better writ petition if any exigency arises. 3.
