2. Petitioner's grievance is to the consideration order passed by respondent No.2, Engineer-in-Chief, H.P. Public Works Department, on 11.6.2026, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of pension under CCS Pension Rules, 1972.
3. When the matter was taken up in the morning session, in view of the facts apparent from the impugned order itself, learned Deputy Advocate General was directed to have fresh instructions from respondent No.2. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up again, learned Deputy Advocate General placed on record fresh consideration order passed by 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 respondent No.2 on 10.9.2026, in terms of which, the claim of the petitioner has been considered and allowed for pension.
4. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the benefits flowing to the petitioner from the aforesaid consideration order shall be released in his favour within a period of four weeks.
5. In view of the above, this writ petition to stand disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner raised in the petition has been redressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
