This criminal appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 02.04.2012 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Balod, District Balod (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 111 of 2011 whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced in the following manner:- Conviction Sentence U/s 326 of I.P.C. : R.I. for 07 years, and fine of Rs. 100/- U/s 450 of I.P.C. : R.I. for 07 years, and fine of Rs. 100/- in default of payment next R.I. for 3-3 months.
