Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that admitted dues of the petitioner has still not been paid to him, in spite of completion of the aforementioned work. 4. Learned counsel representing the respondent – State, submits that a direction is given to the respondent - Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC), to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner from the tied grant. 5. Learned counsel representing the respondent – RMC, submits that within three weeks, the admitted amount will be paid to the petitioner. 6. Considering the said submission, I direct the respondent – RMC, to disburse the amount of admitted dues of the petitioner, within three weeks from today. 7.
