Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record, copy of office order(s), dated 04.12.2025 and 22.12.2025, whereby after considering the representation of the petitioner, his pay has been re-fixed. 3. Learned vice counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, though has acknowledged the aforesaid fact, but has submitted that actual monetary benefits have not been paid to the petitioner till date. 4.
