2. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 12.06.2024 at Annexure-E, inter alia, direction to enter the name of the petitioner in the RTC in respect of the subject land.
3. Having taken note of the submissions made in the representation at Annexure-E, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is claiming right over the subject land in terms of the

proceedings in LRF Act No.897 of 1975-76, respondent No.3 is
directed to consider the representation at Annexure-E, after verifying the original records and take an appropriate decision in the matter, in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
