As the State respondents are not represented, Ms. Tanusree Ghosh, learned advocate and Ms. Susmita Saha Dutta, learned Additional Government Pleader have entered appearance in this matter. Their appearances may be regularized. 2. The appeal arises out of an order dated May 29, 2026, passed in WPA No.12175 of 2026. 3. We find from the order impugned that there are certain erroneous recording, inasmuch as, the learned Court failed to appreciate that the writ petition was not filed challenging a notice dated May 19, 2026 for removal of the pradhan. Rather, the petitioner sought enforcement of that notice. 4. Thus, the order impugned is corrected to the above extent. 5. We do not express any opinion on the legality of the steps taken by the appellants. The matter will appear before the learned Single Judge having determination, who will proceed with the same in accordance with law, 2 without taking note of the order which has been impugned before us. 6. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected applications are disposed of. 7. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all other formalities.
