The learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was aggrieved by the cancellation of the trade licence issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the premises No. 100/9, G.T. Road, Bag Khal, Rishra, P.O. & P.S.- Rishra, Hooghly. 3. The petitioner would also submit that the business was to be conducted by the petitioner under the name and style of “Dewtia Banquet”. According to the advocate for the petitioner, since the municipal authorities have subsequently issued a fresh certificate of enlistment, he would submit that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 4.
