Mr. Hamender Singh Chandel, Advocate, for respondent No.11/non-applicant. The instant application has been filed for release of the award amount, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in a decided case i.e. RFA No. 176/2017, which stands disposed of vide judgment, dated, 01.04.2026, stating therein that the applicants, namely, Rattan Singh and Pritam Singh, requires the amount of compensation for their maintenance and day to day expenses. Mr. Hamender Singh Chandel, on instructions, states that respondent No.11 has not assailed the aforesaid judgment before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Since judgment dated 01.04.2026, has attained finality, therefore, the instant application, which is duly supported by affidavits of the applicants, is allowed and the entire award amount, falling to the respective shares of the applicants, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released in their favour by remitting the same to their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 7 of the application.
